The game is simplicity itself:

Every few days a new pirate word is selected. We have to spell out the word using a 1 AP attack on targets whose warlord name begins with the letter you are spelling. Each hit must have a taunt containing the letter you are aiming for.

eg:

The word is RUM.

For each hit that wins you will score 2 points, each hit that loses will score 1 point. At the end of the day the points are tallied - ties are resolved according to whoever stole the most gold.
The winner of the day will chose the new word for the next day.
